Payment by Card: We accept payment by credit/debit cards

Payment by Cheque: Please make cheques payable to Petit Chou Ltd. Please write your telephone number, home address, cheque guarantee card number, expire date and issue number (if any). please allow 14 working days for cheque to be cleared before the goods are dispatched.

Delivery

We aim to process orders within 7 working days depending on availability. All goods purchased by mail order are subjected to the standard UK, or overseas P&P costs depending on weight and destination.

*Shipping Prices stated on our Web Site are for the UK only. To find the UK delivery Quote, please use our basket system and then simply type in your post code).

ALL DELIVERIES will need to be SIGNED FOR to avoid their loss.

Availability

All items are subjected to availability.

While every effort is made to keep our stock levels up to date, there may be some instances where items you have ordered are not available. Should this occur we will inform you immediately when our stocks are replenished.

Duties and Taxes

Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are sole responsibility of the purchaser. if the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

Returns

We will exchange goods only, within 7 days.

No Refunds are given.

We will accept items intended for exchange in a resalable condition only and at your own postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All damaged items must be reported to our customer service office (tel: 0207 486 3637) within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Every attempt is to portray items as accurately as possible, although slight variations may occur.

All measurements and guidelines are approximations.

The reproduction of colour is as accurate as photographic and publishing procedures will allow.

Please be aware that there may be differences in colour depending on individual screen calibration.
